ФСБ арестовала растратчика бюджетных денег в Архангельской области
Как сообщает пресс-служба ФСБ по Архангельской области, в суд направлено дело бывшего начальника имущественно-хозяйственного комплекса администрации МО «Котласский муниципальный район» за растрату и злоупотребление должностными полномочиями, чем нанёс ущерб в почти 3 млн рублей.
Известно, что с 2015 по 2016 года обвиняемый действовал в интересах ООО «Красавинские электротеплосети». Не проводя аукцион, что уже нарушает законодательство, он заключил контракт с ними на ремонт участка дороги районного значения «Куимиха-Пускино», работы вообще не производились, но бюджетные средства за это фирме выплатили.
Также он совершил ещё одну преступную схему. Знакомому предпринимателю он незаконно передал в аренду участок муниципальной земли сельскохозяйственного назначения, которое принадлежало МО «Приводинское», для использования в промышленных целях.
Своими действиями он причинил вред двум муниципальным районам на сумму в почти 3 млн рублей. Дело передано в суд.
Дела по остальным участникам этих преступных схем выделено в отдельное производство.
